These terms cover two things: using the chillhutz.lk website, and staying at Chill Hutz as a guest. By browsing this site or booking a stay, you agree to what’s below. If anything here is unclear, call us on 077 202 0394 before you book.
Who these terms are with
Chill Hutz, Kamakchi Amman Kovil Road, near the railway track, Mylambaveli 30024, Sri Lanka. We operate as resort and restaurant on this site; we are not a booking agent or travel operator.
Bookings & payment
This website does not take bookings or payments directly — there is no booking form and no checkout on chillhutz.lk. Reservations are made either by phone (077 202 0394) or through Booking.com or Agoda. When you book through one of those platforms, their own booking terms, payment terms, and cancellation rules apply in addition to the house rules below — please read their terms at the time of booking.
Stays start from LKR 12,152 a night; the exact rate depends on room type, dates, and the platform you book through. Prices shown on this site are indicative, not a binding quote.
Cancellations & prepayment
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type. Check the conditions of your selected option when booking.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
The restaurant is open daily 10 AM – 11 PM; the kitchen stays open through closing.
Using this website
The content on chillhutz.lk — text, photos, and design — belongs to Chill Hutz or is used with permission, and is provided to help you decide on and plan a stay. You may view and share pages normally, but may not copy, scrape, or republish the site’s content or images for commercial use without asking us first.
We keep the information here accurate to the best of our knowledge — room details, pricing, facilities, and the news & offers page — but availability, exact pricing, and promotion terms are ultimately confirmed at the time of booking, not by this website alone.

Links to Booking.com, Agoda, Google Maps, our social media, and the AI-assistant shortcuts in the footer take you to sites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or terms — see our Privacy Policy for how those third parties handle data.
Liability
We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and available, but it’s provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from use of this website, from reliance on information here instead of confirming directly with us, or from third-party sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Sri Lankan law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute relating to a stay or booking is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the property, site, or our booking arrangements change — the date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the changes.
